Sidensjö kyrka is a small parish church in the village of Sidensjö, Västernorrland, in the Diocese of Härnösand. Likely dating from the 1300s, it stands as a modest but historically layered example of medieval rural church-building in northern Sweden.

The church is a single-nave stone building in Romanesque style, with a separate timber bell tower standing apart from the main building. It was probably built during the 1300s, making it one of the older church structures in the area. A stone sacristy was added on the north side, probably in the 1400s, and shortly afterwards a porch was built on the south side. Star-shaped vaulting was added to the ceiling in the same century, giving the interior a more elaborate appearance than the plain exterior might suggest.

After the Reformation, at the end of the 1500s or start of the 1600s, decorative paintings were added to the ceiling and vault arches. These were seemingly painted over when the interior was whitewashed in 1733, only to be uncovered again during a substantial restoration in 1929, allowing visitors today to see something closer to the church's post-Reformation decorative scheme.

The timber sacristy seen today replaced the earlier stone one and was probably built around the mid-1700s, traditionally attributed to Erik Måberg and Jon Jonsson of Ödsbyn, with the exterior painted red in 1750.

Among the church's furnishings is a chasuble from the late 1500s, said to have been a gift from Archbishop Abraham Angermannus, who was born in Sidensjö around 1540. A triumphal crucifix dating from the 1500s once hung in the vault, and the pulpit was made in 1727 by Måns Gran of Härnösand. The altarpiece painting is a twentieth-century addition, completed in 1950 by Torsten Nordberg. The church also has an organ built in 1988 by the Utansjö-based firm Johannes Menzel Orgelbyggeri.
