Runmarö kapell is a small chapel on the island of Runmarö in the Stockholm archipelago, within Djurö, Möja och Nämdö parish. Though part of the Church of Sweden, it is run by the independent Runmarö kapellstiftelse (chapel foundation).

Plans for a chapel on Runmarö reportedly date back to the late eighteenth century, but it was not until the twentieth century that they came to fruition. Following a donation, the Runmarö kapellstiftelse was formed in late 1947, and the surrounding churchyard, with its bell tower and bell, was consecrated in 1958.

The chapel itself was built of pine to designs by the architect Gösta Uddén, and was consecrated at midsummer in 1973. Rather than a painted altarpiece, the chancel features a large window looking out onto the natural surroundings, which serves as the visual focus behind the altar.

Inside, visitors can see two votive ships, dating from 1977 and 1978, a tradition found in many Swedish coastal and island churches. The altar crucifix, combining a wooden cross with a silver figure of Christ, and the font were both made by the craftsman Carl Tony Forsberg of Södertälje.

Music in the chapel was originally provided by a harmonium; a small three-stop organ was later built by Gunnar Guhrén in 1992–94.
