Rengsjö kyrka is a parish church in the village of Rengsjö, in Bollnäs kommun, Gävleborg. Built in 1795, it replaced a much older medieval church on the same site and remains the place of worship for Rengsjö församling.

A church is recorded on this spot as early as the 1200s, a modest building some 16 metres long. It suffered a serious fire in 1626, which also destroyed the freestanding bell tower, though much of the furnishing was reportedly saved. Rebuilding did not begin until 1650, and by the late 1700s this older structure had become inadequate and was demolished, with its stone reused in the present building.

The current church was constructed between 1792 and 1795 in the Gustavian style, on designs attributed to the architect Johan Christoffer Loëll. It is a large rectangular building, 43 metres long, with a barrel-vaulted ceiling and tall windows giving a light, restrained neoclassical interior. The tower stands unusually at the centre of the north side of the nave rather than at the west end, and its ground floor houses the sacristy.

Several older furnishings survived the transition from the medieval building. The pulpit dates from 1664, and an altar crucifix from 1748. Three carved figures depicting Saint Birgitta, the Virgin Mary and John the Baptist are attributed to the 1500s, offering a tangible link to the church's pre-Reformation past. Two chandeliers of tinned iron are likewise from the 1500s, while a bronze and brass chandelier dates from 1684.

The tower holds two bells, the older of which was cast in 1630 by a local parishioner, Jon Persson — a detail that ties the church's history closely to the surrounding community. The present font, carved from solid pine by Erik Westberg, dates from 1986 and is a modern addition among the older woodwork.

The church's main organ has been rebuilt several times, and its current form dates from 1991, built by Johannes Menzel Orgelbyggeri, retaining a façade from an earlier 1817–1818 instrument.
