Ränneslövs kyrka, in the village of Ränneslöv in Laholm municipality, is the parish church of Ränneslöv-Ysby. The present building dates from the 1870s, though it replaced a much older medieval church on the same site.

A medieval church at Ränneslöv is thought to have been built around 1150. By the 1860s it had become too small, and in 1871 it was demolished to make way for a larger building. The new church, designed by the architect Axel Kumlien, was constructed between 1868 and 1872. Rather unusually, the new nave and chancel were built around the walls of the old medieval nave, which was only then removed once the new structure enclosed it.

The medieval stone tower was retained and incorporated into the new building. It is believed to date from the medieval period and may originally have had stepped gables, but it received its present form, with its distinctive hood and spire, during rebuilding work in 1752. The church exterior is finished in white-rendered fieldstone.

Several older furnishings survive from the earlier church. The bowl of a five-sided medieval font, or possibly a holy-water basin, carved from granite, is thought to date from the later medieval period; it is plain, decorated only with a recessed band. A wooden font from 1735 and a Renaissance-style pulpit dating from the 1590s, standing against the north wall, are also preserved. A carved figure of the Archangel Michael blowing a trumpet, made by Tue Falk in 1776, is another distinctive survival, along with the church's two bells, cast in 1755 and 1774 and both bearing inscriptions.

The church organ has an interesting history: an instrument built in 1875 by Anders Victor Lundahl of Malmö was later replaced internally, with the current pneumatic organ built in 1953 by A. Magnusson Orgelbyggeri of Gothenburg. The 1875 organ case was retained unchanged, and much of the pipework from that earlier instrument remains in use.
