Oppmanna kyrka stands on a hill near Oppmannasjön in the parish of Oppmanna-Vånga, Skåne. Parts of the building date back to the 1100s, though its present form is largely the result of a major mid-19th-century rebuilding.

The oldest surviving portion of the church is the chancel and its semicircular apse, now situated behind the altar wall and screened from the main nave. This romanesque brick section dates from the 1100s and retains medieval character, including a 15th-century vaulted ceiling and painted decoration in the apse from the 1200s.

Over the following centuries the church grew and changed considerably. In the 1400s it was extended westwards and given a porch, along with vaulting inside. A tower was added in 1772, and a north transept followed in 1805, designed by master mason Nils Billing of Kristianstad. By the mid-1800s the building was considered too small, and poor foundations had caused cracking that led to the tower's collapse on Christmas morning in 1852. Rather than demolishing the church entirely, it was substantially rebuilt and widened in 1855–56, incorporating the earlier north transept into a broader nave and adding a matching south transept and new west tower — the form the church retains today.

One of the most striking survivals is the sandstone font, generally dated to around 1200 and attributed to a stonemason known by the name Calcarius. It is carved with scenes from the childhood of Christ, running from the Annunciation to the Flight into Egypt, and now stands in the north transept, which serves as a baptismal chapel.

Other notable furnishings include the central section of an altar cabinet dating from around 1500, mounted on the wall separating the chancel from the sacristy, and a 1652 altarpiece in the north transept depicting the Institution of the Eucharist, alongside a smaller painting of Christ as the Man of Sorrows. The pulpit dates from the late 1500s and is decorated with floral rather than figurative ornament.

The altar wall is covered by a fresco painted by Bertil Landelius in 1955, and a free-standing granite altar from 1969 is dressed with an altar cloth also designed by Landelius and woven by Elisabet Holmer of Vånga. The church additionally houses several portraits. Its organ, built in 1964 by A. Mårtenssons Orgelfabrik of Lund, incorporates the façade of an earlier 1866 instrument by Johan Nikolaus Söderling of Gothenburg.
