Ödenäs kyrka is a parish church in Ödenäs, near Alingsås in Västra Götaland, built in 1840 to designs by the architect Fredrik Wilhelm Scholander. It stands within Ödenäs parish, part of the Diocese of Skara.

The present church replaced an earlier timber church, described in an 1836 parish record as inadequate and too small for the growing congregation. Scholander, then at the Överintendentsämbetet (the Office of the Superintendent of Buildings), drew up plans in 1839, and the new church was completed the following year.

The building is a simple hall church with a nave and a straight-ended chancel of the same width, flanked by a narrower sacristy to the east. A tower with a lantern rises at the west end. The exterior walls are rendered and lime-washed white, with dark green-painted window frames and a roof of single-curved clay tile; the tower's lantern and roof slopes are clad in reddish-brown painted sheet metal.

Much of the original interior survives, including the complete set of box pews dating from the church's construction. During a 1925–26 renovation, the decorative painter John Hedaeus gave the interior a rich colour scheme with brown and grey marbling effects and added folk-art-style ceiling decoration reminiscent of traditional kurbits painting.

Several items are said to predate the current building and point to a medieval church having stood on the site: a carved oak sculpture of an enthroned Madonna, about 70 cm high and dated to the fifteenth century, along with a font, a triumphal crucifix and holy water stoups also attributed to the medieval period. The altarpiece was painted in 1933 by Paul Petersén.

The organ, on the west gallery, was built in 1973 by Tostareds Kyrkorgelfabrik, with nine stops across two manuals and pedal. Its silent façade dates back to an earlier 1921 organ by Olof Hammarberg and was designed by Martin Westerberg.

The church has undergone several rounds of repair and maintenance over the twentieth century, including renovations in 1902, the 1920s, the 1940s, and further work in the 1990s and 2000s, largely addressing damp damage, re-rendering, and interior redecoration. According to Wikipedia, some church scenes for the Swedish television series Hem till byn were filmed here, though this detail has not been independently confirmed.
