Limhamns kyrka is a red-brick parish church in the Limhamn district of Malmö, in southern Sweden. Built in the late nineteenth century, it replaced a medieval church that once stood in nearby Hyllie, and today serves as the focal point of Limhamns församling.

The present church was consecrated on 19 October 1890, on the day traditionally observed in Sweden as Thanksgiving Day. It was designed by the architects August Lindvall and Johan Theodor Cronsiö in a red-brick style sometimes described as "Eslöv Gothic", with cross-arms to the north and south and a distinctive patterned slate roof.

The church stands on a site chosen between the old medieval church at Hyllie and the growing fishing settlement of Limhamn, reportedly because building one new church was cheaper than maintaining two separate ones. The medieval church it replaced, a whitewashed brick building with a stepped-gable tower dating from the thirteenth century, was demolished in 1889 once the new building was ready. The church was initially known as Hyllie nya kyrka (Hyllie New Church), taking its present name only after the parish itself was renamed Limhamns församling in 1908.

Limhamn itself grew from a long-established fishing settlement into a municipal community in 1886, and later a market town, before being absorbed into the city of Malmö in 1915. Limhamn became its own ecclesiastical parish that same year, with Karl Sandegård serving as its first vicar.

Inside, the altarpiece, pulpit and font all date from the time the church was built. The pulpit is decorated with six painted panels depicting scenes from the life of Jesus. Among the older furnishings is a hammered brass baptismal dish dated 1691, considerably older than the church itself, along with an eighteenth-century crucifix hanging in the south cross-arm.

The church has had several organs over its history. The most recent, installed in 2019, incorporates much of an older instrument originally built for the Royal Swedish Academy of Music in Stockholm in the nineteenth century, later rebuilt and electrified for its new home in Limhamn. A smaller mechanical choir organ, built in 1982, is also in use.
