Lillkyrka kyrka is a small medieval parish church about fifteen kilometres southeast of Enköping, in Uppland. Built of grey stone with a tarred wooden-shingle roof, it is a modest example of the region's rural Romanesque churches and remains a quiet, atmospheric place to visit.

The church is first recorded in 1303, when Archbishop Nils Allesson carried out a visitation, and it is thought that much of today's building is substantially the same structure. It follows a simple rectangular plan typical of small medieval Uppland churches, with a porch added on the southwest side, a sacristy to the northeast, and a burial chapel to the northwest linked to the Eka estate, the maternal home of Gustav Vasa. The gable roofs carry ornate wrought-iron crosses topped with weather vanes shaped like dragon heads.

Inside, the brick vaulting over the nave was added later in the medieval period, probably during the fifteenth century. Successive alterations followed over the centuries: a window was cut into the previously blank north wall in 1653, the porch was rebuilt in 1730, and in 1856 the brick floor was replaced with limestone slabs and several windows were enlarged. Despite these changes, the church retains much of its historic character.

Among the church's medieval furnishings are two wooden sculptures depicting the Virgin Mary and Christ, said to have been kept in the detached bell tower until the 1920s; the Mary figure is thought to have belonged to a shrine cabinet. The pulpit, dated 1649, was a gift from Baron Åke Oxenstierna, carved by Hans Hebel, and its hourglass was purchased in 1759. The current pews date from around 1750. Older church silver was reportedly stolen in 1858 and never recovered.

The organ, built in 1840 or 1841 by the local craftsman Pehr Gullbergson, is a notable local curiosity: it was donated to the parish at half its true value, with further funding and decoration contributed by parishioners and the Oxenstierna family of Eka.

A freestanding, board-clad bell tower stands in the northeast corner of the churchyard, erected in 1744 on the site of at least two earlier towers. It houses two bells, both later recast, one dating its donation to 1648. The churchyard is enclosed by a grey stone wall, and a runestone (U716) stands a short distance north of the church at Viggby.
