Låssa kyrka is a parish church of the Church of Sweden, part of Bro församling within the Diocese of Uppsala. It stands on a peninsula in Lake Mälaren, at Säbyholmsviken in Upplands-Bro, and was historically the patronage church of the Säbyholm estate.

The oldest surviving parts of the church are the two western bays of the nave, remnants of a small apse church built in the late 1100s or early 1200s. Brick vaults were added around the mid-1400s, along with a porch on the south side. The building has been altered substantially over the centuries, giving it today's neoclassical character, with whitewashed façades, round-arched windows, a shallow saddle roof and a plain tower with a lantern.

A major change came in 1695–1697, when the nave was extended eastward at the expense of Mauritz Posse, who also had a burial chapel built to the east. The original apse was demolished and the church became a hall church, with a chancel as wide as the nave. The old porch was converted into a sacristy and the entrance moved to the west end. A tower, long discussed from 1806, was finally built from 1836, and the bells were moved into it the following year from an earlier freestanding bell frame.

Further restoration in 1888, overseen by Professor Magnus Isæus to designs by architect Agi Lindegren, removed the wall between the Posse burial chapel and the nave, turning the chapel's memorial hall into the church's present chancel, set a few steps above the rest of the church. The original burial vault beneath was sealed. A later restoration in 1945–1946, led by architect Sven A. Söderholm, aimed to recover more of the church's earlier character and created a baptismal area in the western part of the nave.

Among the furnishings is a limestone font from the later thirteenth century, lacking a drainage hole, paired with a modern brass basin. The gilded and painted wooden pulpit was donated in 1706 by Mauritz Posse; it was relocated and given a new base and steps in 1888, with its original colours uncovered during the 1946 restoration. The current organ, with 13 stops, two manuals and pedal, was built in 1946 by Åkerman & Lund; an earlier organ had been donated in 1785 by Baron Magnus Posse.

Several bronze chandeliers survive from the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, including one from 1664 in the sacristy topped with a double eagle, and larger examples from 1672 and 1724. Communion silver in use today dates mainly from 1817–1829, replacing earlier vessels stolen from the church in 1821. In the churchyard stand two brick burial chapels, the octagonal Sparre chapel from the nineteenth century and the smaller Tauvon chapel, while a stone perimeter wall, largely built in the 1820s, replaced an earlier wooden fence recorded in 1713.
