Kviinge Kyrka is a medieval parish church in Kviinge, near Hanaskog in Skåne, part of Knislinge pastorate within the Church of Sweden's Lund diocese. Its stone walls and apse date back to the late 1300s, making it one of the region's older surviving churches.

The present building replaced an earlier church on the same site, thought to date from the late 1100s or early 1200s. The current romanesque apse church, built of grey stone, was constructed towards the end of the fourteenth century. In the 1400s the interior was given cross vaults, the tower was added, and wall paintings were completed by the so-called Fjälkinge Master, fragments of which can still be seen in the apse.

The church was enlarged in 1792 with a north transept, which was itself renovated in 2012. According to Swedish news reports from 2024 and 2025, a further extension was begun in December 2024 to accommodate growing congregations, reportedly completed in autumn 2025 — though this recent work has not been independently verified.

Among the notable furnishings is a richly carved seventeenth-century altarpiece with a painted relief of the crucifixion at its centre. The pulpit, dated 1605, is decorated with figures of the evangelists and the cardinal virtues and was made by Daniel Tommisen, the same craftsman responsible for the pulpit in Sankt Petri church in Malmö. The sandstone font is considered contemporary with the medieval church itself.

A bridal crown donated to the church in 1941, and a great bell originally cast in 1631 (later recast in 1732 and 1904), are among the smaller items of interest. Louis De Geer, noted as Sweden's first prime minister, is buried in the churchyard.

The church's pipe organ history reflects several rebuildings: an 1837 instrument by Pehr Zacharias Strand, a 1931 organ by Lindegren of Gothenburg, and a mechanical organ built in 1984 by J. Künkels Orgelverkstad with a facade designed by Torsten Leon-Nilson. This 1984 organ was reportedly dismantled and sold in 2023, with a digital organ installed in its place — a change visitors familiar with the church's earlier organ may wish to note.
