Ignaberga gamla kyrka is a former parish church near Hässleholm in southern Sweden, originally built as a Romanesque structure with a rectangular nave, a square chancel and a semicircular apse to the east.

The church was constructed in the twelfth century from local Ignaberga limestone. A porch was added in the fifteenth century, when the vaulted ceilings were also installed, and the building was extended westward in 1717. These successive changes have left a building that still reads as medieval in its core, despite later additions.

When Ignaberga's new church was completed in 1887, the old church was abandoned and allowed to fall into disrepair. According to local accounts, children from the village reportedly threw darts at the altarpiece and used the pew doors as toboggans in winter, though such stories should be treated as local tradition rather than verified fact. The church was restored in the 1920s and reconsecrated in 1928.

Despite its period of neglect, the church retains a notable collection of medieval wooden sculpture. Three fifteenth-century carvings survive on the north wall, depicting a bishop in full vestments, Saint Anne with the Virgin Mary and the infant Jesus, and the apostle James the Elder — a striking survival given the building's turbulent history.

The organ, built in 1978 by Anders Persson Orgelbyggeri of Viken, is a mechanical instrument with twelve stops and a case designed by Torsten Leon-Nilson.
