Huggenäs kyrka is a wooden church in Säffle, Värmland, with a free-standing bell tower. It has medieval origins and was rebuilt after being ruined in the nineteenth century, later re-inaugurated in 1972. It is no longer a parish church but is looked after by a voluntary association.

The original wooden church on this site dated from the Middle Ages, and parts of that medieval timber structure are said to survive within the building standing today. The church suffered serious damage in 1842, after which it was not restored to use for a very long time. It was eventually re-inaugurated in 1972, having been reconstructed to serve again as a place of worship.

For many years Huggenäs kyrka functioned as the parish church of Ny-Huggenäs församling within the Diocese of Karlstad. In 2019 the church building was sold to an association, and it is now maintained and run on a non-profit basis rather than as an active parish church.

The church has a modest wooden interior in keeping with its long and interrupted history, and a free-standing bell tower stands apart from the main building, a common feature of older Swedish timber churches. In 1972, alongside the reinauguration, a small mechanical organ was built for the church by the Mölnlycke firm A. Magnussons Orgelbyggeri.
