Hosjö kyrka is a small wooden church in the Hosjö district of Falun, in the Vika-Hosjö parish of the Diocese of Västerås. Set on a hill slightly apart from the surrounding settlement, it began life as a modest chapel and later became a parish church in its own right.

The church was built in 1663 as a chapel serving Vika kyrka, the main parish church of Vika socken, and only gained full church status sometime in the 1970s. It is a small red timber building with a tower, standing within a churchyard; a further burial ground and a memorial grove lie a short distance away, along with the parsonage, a parish hall and a number of old pine trees protected as natural monuments.

The tower originally carried a low spire on an onion dome, but this was altered to its present appearance during rebuilding work in 1880. Two bells hang in the tower, the larger dating from 1683 and the smaller from 1669. Before the 1880 rebuilding, the chancel was wider than it is today, with a sacristy to the north and a storeroom to the south.

The chancel wall painting, depicting the Sermon on the Mount, is the work of Jerk Werkmäster. Local touch is given by figures from Hosjö shown in traditional Vika dress among the onlookers, set beside a lake representing the Sea of Galilee in the guise of Runn, the nearby lake.

Among the furnishings is a crucifix given to the church in 1759, displayed in the window near the altar, and two eighteenth-century oil paintings on the chancel wall showing the Baptism of Christ and the Last Supper. The pulpit dates from the 1600s and was restored in 1952, when the pews were also returned to their seventeenth-century appearance; the wooden font is of similar age to the pulpit. Portraits on the walls include King Karl XI, the education pioneer Anders Lundström, and bishops Lars Benzelstierna and Jesper Swedberg.

The church has had a succession of organs, the current mechanical instrument dating from 1988 and built by Åkerman & Lund, with a facade from the same period; a smaller mechanical chancel organ by the same builder was installed in 1983.
