In the middle of the Hertsön residential area lies Hertsökyrkan.

You will easily find your way to the church from Hertsötorget, but even if you arrive via the cycle paths, you can simply look out for the cross on the roof and the bell tower in yellow and red at the back of the church. Hertsökyrkan was inaugurated on 14 December 1975 by Bishop Stig Hellsten. On Hertsökyrkan's church bell it is written: "In 1975 I was cast for Örnäsets parish. Glory be to God in the highest and peace on earth. I ring and call to worship in Hertsö church. God's blessing upon holiday and weekday I call down."
