Härslövs kyrka stands in the heart of the village of Härslöv, near Landskrona in Skåne. Built in the Romanesque style during the 1100s, it ranks among the oldest stone churches in the region, retaining traces of its medieval origins despite later alterations.

The church's origins lie in the agricultural expansion of the medieval period, when growing numbers of people settled around the site. It was built in Romanesque style in the 12th century, making it one of Skåne's oldest stone churches of that style.

During the 1400s the building was substantially altered, both inside and out: vaulted ceilings were added, along with a new tower and two porches built in Gothic style. Both porches have since been demolished. Further changes came in the mid-19th century, with a northern side building added around 1849–1850 and a southern one in 1857, giving the church broadly the appearance it has today.

A major restoration in 1978 uncovered and conserved well-preserved Romanesque wall paintings from the 12th century, found in the apse and on the triumphal arch. The church interior is decorated in shades of green, reportedly inspired by the colours of the pulpit, with the intention of evoking a beech wood in spring.

Among the furnishings, the oldest is the pulpit, dating from the early 1600s and attributed to the wood carvers Statius Otto and Jacob Kremberg. The current altar is a free-standing brick structure topped with a slab of Gotland limestone.

The church bears two bells of note: a larger one cast in 1778 by the founder Abraham Wetterholtz, and a smaller one cast in 1825 by Samuel Christopher Grönwall of Stockholm. The present organ was built in 1937 by the Danish firm Th. Frobenius & Co., replacing an earlier instrument from 1857 by Sven Fogelberg of Lund.

According to Wikipedia, Ruzzo Reuss, former husband of Anni-Frid Lyngstad of ABBA, is buried in Härslöv, and his funeral service was held in this church.
