Häradshammars kyrka is a parish church in Häradshammar, Östergötland, within Östra Husby församling in the Diocese of Linköping. Built in 1806 after fire destroyed its medieval predecessor, it is best known today for its altarpiece by Pehr Hörberg and its historic organ.

A church has stood on this site since medieval times, though the original building suffered fires in the 1570s and again in 1806. The present church was built on the same spot following the 1806 fire, incorporating an older sacristy from 1737 on the north side that survived the blaze. The tower was added in 1836, and the roof was covered with slate in 1925, replacing an earlier wooden shingle covering.

A thorough renovation took place in 1950 under the architect Kurt von Schmalensee, during which the interior received a new limestone floor and the chancel was enlarged.

Among the church's furnishings is a brass font dating from 1671, considerably older than the current building, and a pulpit contemporary with the 1806 church. The altarpiece was painted in 1806 by Pehr Hörberg, a noted Swedish church painter of the period.

The church has had a succession of organs. An early instrument from Riga was sold on in 1750, followed by an organ built that same year by Jonas Wistenius of Linköping. A later instrument by Pehr Schiörlin, completed in 1792, was destroyed in the 1806 fire. The present organ was built in 1821 by Jonas Fredric Schiörlin, though he took his own life during its construction and the work was completed by his apprentice Carl Rylander; it was later altered by Erik Nordström in 1862 and restored in the twentieth century. A separate small chancel organ was added in 1985.

The churchyard is the burial place of the singer Zarah Leander and her husband Arne Hülphers, a detail of particular interest to visitors familiar with her career.
