Hallaryds kyrka is a parish church in the village of Hallaryd, in Älmhults kommun, Kronoberg county, serving Hallaryds församling within the Church of Sweden's Växjö diocese. It stands as the successor to a much older church on a neighbouring site.

Little is known about Hallaryd's medieval church, which was burned by Danish troops during the Northern Seven Years' War in 1567. A new timber church was subsequently built, aided by contributions including one from King Johan III. This wooden building had a nave with a straight-ended chancel to the east, a porch on its south side, and a sacristy added in 1701; no tower is recorded, and the bells are thought to have hung in a separate bell frame.

As the local population grew during the eighteenth century, the old timber church became too small, and it was eventually decided to replace it entirely. The present stone church was built just north of its predecessor in 1862–1863, to designs by the architect Ludvig Hedin, in a neoclassical style. Once the new building was complete, the old wooden church was demolished. The three-aisled nave ends in a flat chancel wall backed by a semicircular sacristy to the east, while the west tower carries a clock and an open six-sided lantern topped with a cross-orb finial.

Inside, the altarpiece is a painting from 1975 by David Ralson, set within a large altar surround with pilasters supporting a triangular, cross-crowned entablature; before the painting was installed, the altar decoration consisted of a cross with a shroud. Other furnishings include a semicircular altar rail with baluster-shaped supports, a round neoclassical pulpit with a canopy decorated with gilded symbols, box pews with doors facing the centre aisle, and an organ gallery with a curved central section.

The mechanical organ, built in 1880 by Carl Elfström of Ljungby, was inspected, test-played and approved that October by the music director Wilhelm Heintze of Jönköping, and it was inaugurated later the same month. It was renovated in 1973 by J. Künkels Orgelverkstad.
