Gladsax kyrka is a medieval parish church in the village of Gladsax, near Simrishamn in Skåne, belonging to the Church of Sweden. Built in the 12th century in Romanesque style, it stands close to the ruins of a medieval fortress and retains notable medieval wall paintings.

The church was constructed in the 1100s in the Romanesque tradition. It was later vaulted and given a tower during the 15th century, reflecting the gradual enrichment of many rural Scanian churches over time. In 1857 the original chancel was demolished and replaced with three transept arms and a new three-sided chancel, considerably altering the building's plan. The tower was rebuilt again in 1883 to designs by the architect Carl Möller.

Inside, the nave contains medieval wall paintings attributed to Nils Håkansson, dating from the mid-15th century. The paintings at the crossing, however, are not original: they were repainted in 1898 as copies of nearby scenes, after the western vault's paintings had been obscured by the installation of the organ. According to museum sources, the 1898 work involved a heavy-handed restoration, and later cleaning in 1926 found much of the western bay's decoration too damaged to preserve, leading to it being limewashed over. Only fragments of the original imagery, including a depiction connected to the story of Eve, are said to survive beneath later overpainting.

Just to the east of the church, in a meadow, lie the ruins of Gladsaxehus, a medieval fortified building associated with the site, adding a further layer of historical interest to a visit.

The church has had several organs over the centuries: an instrument by Gustaf Gabriel Woltersson was installed in 1747, followed by one from Sven Fogelberg of Lund in 1888. The current pneumatic organ dates from 1938, built by the Gothenburg firm M J & H Lindegren.
