Fliseryds kyrka is a wooden church in the village of Fliseryd, in Mönsterås municipality, belonging to Fliseryds församling in the Diocese of Växjö. Built in 1818, it replaced an earlier medieval church destroyed by fire, and remains a distinctive local landmark.

The present church was built between 1816 and 1818 to designs by Per Wilhelm Palmroth, replacing a medieval timber church on the same site that had burned down in 1811. It was constructed in the shape of a cross, with a nave, chancel and sacristy to the south. On the north side stands a brick tower added in 1880, designed by the architect S. Malm, with gallery-inspired sound openings and a tall neo-Gothic spire topped by a cross; a clock was fitted to the spire in 1907.

Inside, the church retains a well-preserved neoclassical character, with two side galleries set into the transepts and a flat wooden ceiling. Among the furnishings is an altarpiece depicting Christ on the Cross, a copy of a work by Peter Paul Rubens, set within a surround from 1837 formed by two pillars crowned with a radiating sunburst motif. The font is richly gilded, and the rounded pulpit with its sound canopy was made by the joiner Lindström. The pews date from the church's construction but were modernised in 1959.

The church's organ has a layered history: an 1820s gallery organ by Johan Petter Åberg was later replaced in 1862 by a new instrument from Per Larsson Åkerman of Stockholm, whose façade survives today within a 1959 rebuild by the German firm Werner Bosch Orgelbau. A separate chancel organ was added in 1990 by Ålems Orgelverkstad.

Moisture damage discovered in the floor and roof structures in 2006 led, after further investigation, to the church's closure from April 2010. Restoration work began in 2012, including a new timber floor with underfloor warm-air heating, and alterations to the altar rail, pews and interior decoration were approved by the county administrative board. The church reopened in December 2013.
