Fleninge kyrka is a parish church in Skåne, southern Sweden, whose oldest fabric dates back to the 1100s. Standing in Fleninge, within the Diocese of Lund, it combines Romanesque origins with later medieval and 19th-century alterations that give it its present form.

The church began as a simple Romanesque building with nave, chancel and apse, lit by small, high-set round-arched windows. The apse is the only part surviving essentially unchanged from this earliest phase, and some of these original window openings can still be seen there. In the 1300s the church was remodelled with brick-vaulted ceilings, and a square west tower was added; a porch on the south side served as the men's entrance during the medieval period.

A more drastic change came in 1839–1840, when the old chancel and part of the nave were demolished to make way for a larger transept, and bigger windows were cut into the surviving nave walls. In the 1920s the exterior was again altered, giving the tower its current open copper lantern and covering the whole roof in copper sheeting. A further restoration, completed in 1963, brought a new chancel wall and floor.

The altarpiece, painted in 1882 by Mårten Eskil Winge, depicts the Adoration of the Magi and replaced a mid-18th-century altarpiece now displayed on the north wall of the porch. Above the altar, a round window holds stained glass by Hugo Gehlin showing Christ at the Last Supper table. The finely carved oak pulpit dates from the early 1600s and bears the monogram of King Christian IV; its 18th-century colour scheme was restored during the 1963 works.

The wooden font dates from the 1700s, though an older stone font, now lost, is thought to have preceded it; a brass christening dish from the 1500s also survives. In the apse, a sacrament niche is another remnant of the original medieval church. In 1948, fragments of Romanesque wall paintings from the 1100s were uncovered around the apse windows, in the triumphal arch, and on the east wall of the chancel — a rare glimpse of the church's earliest decorative scheme.

The present organ was built in 1986 by J. Künkels Orgelverkstad of Lund, replacing a succession of earlier instruments installed in the 1800s and early 1900s.
