Endre kyrka is a well-preserved medieval church on Gotland, admired for its striking 13th-century stained glass and a 14th-century altar cabinet. Built up in stages from an earlier Romanesque church, it remains the parish church of Endre and stands within Visby diocese.

The present church grew from a Romanesque building of the 1100s. Work began in the early 1200s with the choir and sacristy, and the nave was raised around the surviving tower roughly a century later. By the mid-1300s the tower had reached its current height, and further alterations to the nave's window arches followed towards the end of that century, later modified again during restoration work in the early 20th century.

Inside, the nave is covered by four canopy-like vaults supported on a central column. The chancel is dominated by the altar cabinet, a native Gotland work from the 1300s, and by three vividly coloured 13th-century glass windows depicting scenes including the Baptism of Christ, the Entry into Jerusalem, the Ascension and Christ as judge of the world. In the 1400s, the prolific workshop known as the Passion Master added an extensive series of wall paintings illustrating episodes from the Passion and other biblical narratives.

A number of carved medieval gravestones, some bearing Latin inscriptions and dating from the 1300s to the 1400s, have been moved out to the churchyard. They commemorate local clergy and parishioners, including a priest of Endre and several named individuals, though some inscriptions are damaged or only partly legible.

Among the church's furnishings is a 12th-century font with its medieval lid, and a 13th-century triumphal crucifix set in the chancel arch. The pulpit is dated to 1668. Several older fittings, including fragments of 13th-century turned benches, a 12th-century turned chair and a 13th-century collection plate, have since been transferred to Gotlands fornsal (the Gotland museum) rather than remaining in the church itself.

The church also holds a silver communion chalice from the 1400s, later fitted with a new cup in the 1700s, alongside other liturgical silver and pewter vessels. Its organ, originally built in 1916 by Olof Hammarberg of Gothenburg, was replaced in 1976 by a mechanical instrument built by Andreas Thulesius of Klintehamn.
