Ekeberga kyrka is a wooden parish church in Ekeberga, in the Lessebo area of Kronoberg county, Sweden. Built in the 1820s to replace a decayed medieval predecessor, it stands as a modest but characterful example of rural Swedish church-building of its period.

The present church was built between 1824 and 1826 to designs by Johan Christian Serén, taking nearby Herråkra church as a model, and was consecrated in August 1826. It replaced an earlier medieval timber church that had become too small and too dilapidated for the parish's needs. Although stone was the officially preferred material for new churches at the time, the parish apparently obtained special dispensation to build in timber, as had been done before.

Construction was awarded to the lowest bidder, a local builder from Hälleberga known as "Palmgren på Fällan", who also carried out much of the interior joinery himself. The parish supplied materials and labour, landowners provided timber, and even the poor-relief fund had to be drawn on to cover costs, giving some sense of the financial strain a rural community faced in erecting a new church. The building committee was led by a local glassworks manager, reflecting the close ties between the church and the nearby Kosta glassworks.

The church was not truly complete at its consecration: painting and cladding followed in the 1830s, the exterior was rendered and limewashed some thirty years later, and heating was not installed until near the end of the century. A copper roof and interior repainting, including decorative marbling by the Växjö church painter Tage Andersson, were added in more recent times. The building is a rectangular hall church with a tunnel-vaulted timber ceiling, a south tower with a lantern topped by a cross-globe, and a sacristy to the north.},{The interior retains pilaster-decorated walls and open pew seating dating from 1914.

The altarpiece, depicting Christ in the Garden of Gethsemane, was painted and donated by Uno Angerstein (sometimes spelled Angenstein), a partner in the Kosta glassworks; other shareholders in the works funded its imposing surround of ringed columns and an angel-headed arch. A chandelier hanging before the altar is said to have been a gift from the Kosta glassworks shortly after its founding, reportedly in 1744, though it was later dismantled and only restored in 1942. An older altarpiece, thought to date from the mid-18th century and possibly the work of sculptor Sven Segervall, survived in a tower room after being superseded and was later reconstructed and installed above a side altar; some figures and text are believed missing, though its two Christ figures and trumpeting angels are considered original.

The church also has a mechanical organ built in 1968, incorporating parts of the building's musical history that stretches back to an earlier instrument installed in 1860.
