Delsbo kyrka is a parish church in Delsbo, in the province of Gävleborg, belonging to the Church of Sweden's Diocese of Uppsala. Set within an attractive rural landscape, it is notable for its unusual three-aisled basilica form and a medieval sculpture of the Virgin Mary.

A stone church already stood on this site in the 13th century, with a narrower, straight-ended chancel to the east. Over time it was extended twice westwards, eventually reaching some 40 by 8.5 metres, with a sacristy added to the north and further extensions to the south. As the parish grew, galleries were inserted to accommodate the congregation. In 1740 a fire that began in the rectory spread to the bell tower and the church itself, destroying the building completely.

A new church without a tower was built in 1740–41 under the direction of Anders Olofsson Romberg of Leksand, with a separate bell tower added the following year. The church took its present, more unusual form between 1892 and 1893, when it was rebuilt as a three-aisled basilica—a rare design for a Swedish parish church. The old walls were demolished down to the window sills and the building reconstructed on these foundations, to designs by architects Carl Axel Ekholm and Fritz Eckert. It was reconsecrated on the first Sunday of Advent 1893.

Further changes followed in the twentieth century: an interior restoration in 1938 under architect Einar Lundberg saw the limewashed walls cleaned and new stained-glass windows by Gunnar Torhamn installed in the chancel, along with electric lighting. A further renovation in 1973, guided by Professor Sven Ivar Lind, partly reinstated aspects of the 1893 interior.

Among the church's furnishings is a collection of medieval sculptures, including the figure of the Virgin Mary mentioned above, and a door ring bearing runic inscriptions thought to date from the 13th century. The pulpit, made in 1892 to designs by Fritz Eckert, was later decorated with imagery by Gunnar Torhamn in 1938. A free-standing wooden altar was introduced during the 1973 renovation, and more recent additions include a sacrament cabinet and credence table from 2019, and a children's altar cabinet shaped like the church itself, added in 2022.

The church has had a long succession of organs, reflecting a history stretching back to the 17th century, though its earlier instruments were lost to fire or later replacement. The present main organ was built in 1958 by Grönlunds Orgelbyggeri, incorporating a façade from an earlier 1745 organ, and a smaller chancel organ was acquired in 1982.
