Björka kyrka is a small brick church near Sjöbo in Skåne, built in the early thirteenth century. It retains a well-preserved medieval and seventeenth-century interior, with fixed fittings including a carved altarpiece, pulpit and pews that still bear the numbers of the farms they were assigned to.

The church was built in traditional Romanesque style, with a nave, chancel and apse, entirely in brick. No tower was ever added, though a bell dated 1691 survives in the loft. Dendrochronological analysis of one of the roof beams gave a date of 1308, suggesting the roof structure is itself of considerable age.

The carved and painted altarpiece dates from the seventeenth century; unusually, the altar painting itself carries no image, only Danish biblical text. The pulpit is dated 1643 by an inscription beneath its canopy, and its six-sided body is decorated with scenes of Christ's baptism, the Last Supper and the Transfiguration, with the four evangelists also depicted.

The oldest object in the church is a twelfth-century copper processional cross, still showing traces of gilding, engraved with the evangelists' symbols and a crucified Christ, with Saint Peter and other saints on the reverse. It is normally kept elsewhere and only brought into the church for services.

A notable late-medieval triumphal crucifix carved from birch survived a long spell away from the church, held at the Historical Museum in Lund between 1905 and 1984 before being returned. It is flanked by figures of the two thieves crucified alongside Christ, one accompanied by a wingless angel bearing a small figure said to represent the thief's soul being carried to paradise. An oak sculpture of John the Baptist, also once in Lund, was returned to the church in the same year.

The chancel holds a rug woven in 1961 by the textile artist Märta Måås-Fjetterström, a distinctive later addition among the older fittings. The church's mechanical organ was brought here from Södra Åsums kyrka in 1983, replacing an earlier harmonium, and was formally inaugurated alongside a restoration in 1985.
