Aspö kyrka is a late nineteenth-century parish church on the island of Aspö near Karlskrona, in Blekinge. Built of brick and completed in 1891, it stands on the island's western side and offers visitors a distinctive collection of maritime and historical objects.

The church was designed in a neo-Gothic style, with sources differing slightly on the architects involved: one account credits Hjalmar Thedenius alone, while another names both Axel Lindegren and Thedenius as joint designers. The brick used in construction was transported by large cargo boats from a brickworks at Nättraby, though the quality of the material proved poor and has caused recurring problems ever since. The stone for the foundations, by contrast, was quarried and cut locally on the island itself, and the builder is recorded as Carl Johnsson.

An unusual feature of the building is the position of the chancel, which faces west rather than the customary east. This was a practical decision, since the church's orientation was planned according to the line of the road rather than tradition.

The fixed interior fittings, including the pulpit and altar, date from the time of construction and survive largely unchanged. Ahead of the church's centenary, the original colour scheme in the chancel, pulpit and altar was restored, reviving the Victorian-era decorative work.

Among the church's furnishings is a carved font, above which hangs an older altarpiece donated by the island's pilots. A small statue said to represent Archbishop Eskil of Lund, a medieval churchman linked to the founding of Lund Cathedral and later exiled for a time to Clairvaux, was donated by the artist Tommy Westerberg. The gallery organ began life as a chancel organ in Fredrikskyrkan before being rebuilt in 1982 by the Grönlund organ workshop and later moved here; a digital organ has since been added in the chancel.

Several objects reflect the island's naval and maritime connections. Wall-mounted coats of arms commemorate the minesweeper HMS Aspö, a wooden-hulled vessel of the Arkö class built to avoid triggering magnetic mines; launched in 1962 at the Karlskrona shipyard, she was decommissioned in 1989 and later listed as a wreck. The church also holds votive ships, including a traditional black-painted Blekinge boat with red sails made in 2000, and an older fully-rigged model, possibly representing the vessel Balder or the ship Saga, dating from before 1930 and restored in 1963.
