Annefors kapell is a small wooden chapel in the village of Annefors, part of Bollnäs parish in the Diocese of Uppsala, Gävleborg County. Built to serve workers at the local ironworks, it remains a modest but characterful example of Sweden's industrial-era chapel architecture.

The chapel's origins go back to 1775, when the Annefors ironworks was established and a prayer room was fitted out in the attic of the works inspector's house. As the community grew, a purpose-built wooden chapel was constructed, commissioned by the works owner (patron) Rettig and consecrated in October 1857, replacing the earlier attic prayer room.

Architecturally, the chapel is simple and functional: a rectangular nave with a straight-ended chancel to the east and a tower to the west, with a lower, narrower sacristy attached beyond the chancel. The nave is covered by a mansard roof, while the tower is topped with a lantern and a curved, onion-like cupola roof — a distinctive silhouette for such a small rural building.

Inside, visitors can see a pulpit positioned behind and above the altar, an arrangement more commonly associated with older Swedish preaching traditions. There is also a painting by Erik Stenholm depicting Stenfinn, a figure connected to the Finnish settler history of the surrounding forest region (the "finnskogen").

The chapel's organ has an interesting provenance: it was purchased in 1857 from the hospital church in Gävle, having originally been built in 1801 by the Stockholm organ builder Pehr Strand. It is a mechanical instrument with slider chests, later rebuilt in 1960 by J. Blomgren of Bollnäs.

Administratively, the chapel's history reflects the wider pattern of church organisation in this forested district. From 1867 to 1922 a separate chapel congregation existed within Bollnäs parish. The resident chapel preacher was relocated to Katrineberg in 1881, and once Staffanskyrkan was built at Gruvberget, a single curate serving from there came to minister to all three chapels of the finnskogen area.
