Altuna kyrka is a parish church in Uppsala län, standing on a low hill overlooking Altuna socken a couple of miles north-west of Enköping. Built in 1850, it belongs to Fjärdhundra församling and replaced an earlier medieval church that once stood just below the site.

A medieval stone church, typical of the Uppland region, previously stood at the foot of the hill. Old depictions by Johan Hadorph and Olof Grau show a grey-stone building with a porch to the south-west and a sacristy to the north-east, along with a chapel added on the north side and a cross-arm-like extension to the south. In the mid-1600s the east gable was demolished and rebuilt, and the church interior is known from accounts to have had brick vaulting. By 1807 an inspection concluded that thorough repair or complete rebuilding was needed, and by the 1830s plans for an entirely new church had taken shape.

The present building, completed in 1850 to designs by the architect Johan Fredrik Åbom, is built in a Neoclassical style with Gothic Revival touches. It has a single nave with a west tower, a chancel to the east and a semicircular sacristy beyond it. The tower is topped by a lantern with a gilded cross, and large round-arched windows light the whitewashed interior, which is covered by a whitewashed barrel vault. Paintings on the chancel wall date from 1911 and are the work of Jöns Thulin.

Among the fittings, the pink marble font is thought to date from around 1300; carved in an eight-lobed form, it has an unusually deep basin without a drainage hole. The pulpit is contemporary with the current church, and an hourglass once used alongside it was donated in 1720. The church holds several chandeliers of note, including a mid-17th-century ten-branched brass example and two others said to have been gifts from Gunilla Bielke in the 1650s. Vestments surviving from the 17th and 18th centuries include a green velvet chasuble dated 1668 with embroidery on a purple ground.

In the churchyard stands a runestone (Upplands runinskrifter 1161), notable for its carving depicting the myth of Thor's fishing expedition. Two free-standing burial chapels also survive: the older Creutz-Cronhielm chapel, originally built in 1678 and once attached to the old church, was rebuilt on the same site in 1852 when it would otherwise have stood awkwardly against the new building; and the von Engeström chapel, an octagonal red-brick structure dating from the 1880s, stands near the church's north-eastern corner.
