Bräkne-Hoby kyrka is a large parish church in Bräkne-Hoby, Blekinge, built in 1872 on the site of a medieval predecessor. Designed by the Lund cathedral architect Helgo Zettervall, it is often described as the largest rural church in the Diocese of Lund.

The original church on this site dated from the 1100s, an apsidal building later extended with transepts to form a Greek cross, and thought to have resembled the Holy Cross church in Ronneby. By the late 1860s it was demolished to make way for a much larger building capable of seating around 1,800, reflecting the growing congregation of the time; today the church seats about 700. Zettervall's replacement is a three-aisled basilica with a west tower, built in Neo-Romanesque style using grey stone with brick detailing on the tower and window surrounds, its rendered façades finished in pale yellow-white.

Among the older furnishings retained from the medieval church is the font, carved from Åhus sandstone in the early 1200s and attributed to the so-called Maglehem group of stonecarvers. A silver christening dish, made in Karlshamn in 1787, was given to the church the following year by a boatswain's widow from the village of Hoby. The nave floor holds a series of inset gravestones, the oldest dated 1651. A churching stool near the rear pews recalls a now-abandoned ceremony in which women were formally received back into the congregation after childbirth.//The 1634 pulpit was not kept when the new church was built and was sold at auction; fragments of it have since found their way back and now hang as panels on the south wall.

The church's murals were painted by the Danish artist Paul Høm of Bornholm, assisted by Niels Østergaard and Paul Stoltze, replacing earlier decoration by Svante Thulin (who also worked on the cathedrals and university buildings in Lund and Uppsala). The scheme keeps the earlier composition, with Christ in the apse and the twelve apostles above the nave pillars, while three further scenes—Christ's entry into Jerusalem, the kiss of Judas, and Christ before Pilate—were added beneath the north gallery.

The main organ dates from 1872, built by the Småland organ builder Carl August Johansson of Broaryd and regarded as his finest work among the roughly forty organs he produced; it was enlarged in 1906 and carefully restored in the 1980s, retaining its original Zettervall-designed case. A smaller eight-stop chancel organ was added in 1970. A carillon in the tower, cast in 1992 by Olssons Klockgjuteri in Ystad, plays recorded hymn tunes several times a day, according to the parish.
