Standing on Tuve torg in Gothenburg, Glöstorpskyrkan is a church at the heart of the village and one of five churches in Tuve-Säve parish. Built in the 1970s to serve a growing suburb, it remains a distinctive local landmark today.

Glöstorpskyrkan was built in 1976 to serve the population of Tuve's newly developed town centre. Planners had initially considered a hilltop site, but for better accessibility the church was instead built close to the centre, where it now forms a prominent feature on Tuve torg. It was designed by architect Voldemars Vasilis, who drew inspiration from the Temppeliaukio Church in Helsinki, and was consecrated on 5 September 1976 by Bishop Bertil Gärtner.

The building has a concrete frame with roughcast rendered outer walls and a metal-clad roof. The church hall stands on one level, while adjoining parish premises occupy two further storeys within the same complex, clearly separated from the worship space. Part of the building is set into the rock of the hillside, with a long wall formed from blasted stone along the slope. From a distance, a large circular window with glazing bars forming a cross is visible, and the interior is light and spacious, fitted with specially designed, comfortable pews.

At the north-east corner stands a red-painted wooden bell tower holding two bells cast in Ystad, each bearing an inscription; one echoes wording similar to that found on the eighteenth-century bell of the older Tuve church nearby.

Inside, the altar, pulpit and font all rest on bases of red granite from Hunnebostrand. Behind the altar stands a large cross joined together with four hand-forged nails, while other fittings were donated by local sewing circles and individual parishioners.

The mechanical organ was built in 1977 by Lindegren Orgelbyggeri AB and has nineteen stops across two manuals and pedal.
