Holms kyrka is a small church in Uppland, built in 1678 as both the parish church of Holms socken – reputedly Sweden's smallest parish – and the private church of nearby Sjöö slott. It stands close to Lake Mälaren, north of Bålsta.

The church incorporates remains of an earlier medieval building, but little of the original 1678 structure survives above the walls, since the church was twice damaged by fire, in 1723 and again in 1822. Its present exterior dates largely from after the second fire, while most of the interior fittings belong to the 1720s. A new sacristy was added in 1840.

The original building has been attributed to the Tessin circle, with Nicodemus Tessin the Elder suggested as a possible architect, though the master builder Mathias Spieler, who oversaw construction of Sjöö slott, may equally have been responsible for the church.

One unusual feature noted by visitors is the vertical arrangement above the altar: the pulpit is placed directly above it, and above the pulpit, on a gallery, sits a small and now unplayable organ dating from the 1600s, said to have been given to the church in 1752. A later organ front from 1754 also survives in the choir, though most of its original pipework has been lost. A sixteen-branched chandelier of around 1700 hangs over the centre aisle.

During the twentieth century the church fell into disuse and disrepair, at one point being used to store grain, before restoration allowed it to be reconsecrated in 1950.
