Västra Strö kyrka is a nineteenth-century parish church in Västra Strö, Skåne, built to replace the village's medieval church. Consecrated in 1877, it stands in neo-Gothic style beside the older churchyard, where a large wooden cross now marks the site of its predecessor.

The present church was completed in 1877, replacing a medieval building dedicated, according to a 1471 record, to St Nicholas. That earlier church was demolished when the new one was constructed, and its former location within the churchyard is marked today by a large wooden cross. The new church was consecrated on Sunday 7 October 1877 by Bishop Wilhelm Flensburg. Its construction was commissioned and funded by Baron Nils (Axel Arvid) Trolle of Trollenäs, patron of the parish.

Built of Gråsten stone in neo-Gothic style, the church has a nave, chancel and five-sided apse, with a square western tower topped by a slender spire.

Most of the fixed fittings date from the time of the church's construction, with two notable exceptions: a brass christening bowl surviving from the late sixteenth century, and the small bell from the earlier medieval church, now kept in the chancel. The altarpiece, painted in 1877 by Christian Andreas Schleisner, carries a biblical inscription from the Gospel of John. Other furnishings, including an altar cloth and a stair carpet, were donated by the local church needlework guild.

The single-manual mechanical organ was built in 1877 by Knud Olsen of Copenhagen, and has since been restored, first around 1900 and again in 1973. A separate, newer bell was cast in 1947 at a foundry in Ystad, reportedly dedicated by a family in memory of relatives, according to old parish notes.

Sources describe that in 2012 part of the plastered vault ceiling gave way, leading to the church being closed for safety reasons; one account states this happened on 11 April 2012, while a Swedish Wikipedia article dates the incident to shortly after Easter that year, with renovation works reportedly approved in 2014. The current condition and accessibility of the church are not covered here.
