Hörja kyrka is a small parish church in the village of Hörja, in Hässleholm municipality in Skåne, belonging to Tyringe parish in the Diocese of Lund. Its origins go back to the medieval period, and it retains much of its early character despite later additions.

Local farmers are thought to have decided to build a stone church here around the middle of the 1200s, choosing a simpler plan than the older mother church at Finja. The walls were built from split granite blocks set in lime mortar, with a rectangular nave and a square chancel without an apse — both of which survive from this original medieval building.

A porch was added at the church's south entrance at some point during the 1300s or 1400s, a common feature of Skåne village churches of this era. The tower with its stepped gables is much later, dating from 1924 and designed by the architect Carl Andrén, giving the church its present, more prominent silhouette.

Among the furnishings, the pulpit dates from around 1600, while the altarpiece was made in the 1760s by Johan Ullberg. A chasuble decorated with the tetragrammaton JHWH is also recorded among the church's textiles.

The church once used a harmonium before a pneumatic organ was installed in 1949 by A. Mårtenssons Orgelfabrik of Lund; by 1988 this instrument was noted as no longer playable. A smaller mechanical chancel organ was added by the same firm in 1983.
