Hurva kyrka is a parish church in Hurva, part of Ringsjö parish in the Diocese of Lund, Skåne. Its oldest fabric is thought to date from the 1200s, making it one of the region's older village churches, later much altered.

The earliest parts of the building are believed to date from the first half of the 13th century, though the vaulted ceiling was not added until the 15th century. A survey carried out in 1672 found that the church already had a tower and a porch at that time; the medieval tower was later replaced by a wooden bell frame. In 1856 a new west tower was built to designs by the Lund cathedral architect Carl Georg Brunius, and the rebuilt church was reconsecrated in October 1857 by Bishop Johan Henrik Thomander.

The altarpiece is attributed to a German master working in the 1630s, while the altar retable itself is said to date from the time of King Christian IV. Among the fittings are a sandstone font, a pulpit carved in 1784 by the sculptor Johan Ullberg of Finja, and silver communion vessels from the late 17th century. Three bells hang in the tower, one dated 1750 and two of unrecorded date.

Of particular interest to visitors are two notable bibles kept at the church: a copy of the Karl XII church bible of 1703, and a copy of the Gustaf V church bible, part of a limited bibliophile edition of 200 copies.

The present organ was built in 1975 by A. Mårtensson's Orgelfabrik of Lund, replacing an earlier six-stop instrument installed in 1912 by Eskil Lundén of Gothenburg.
