Flädie kyrka is a parish church in Flädie, in Skåne, part of Bjärreds församling in the Diocese of Lund. The present building dates from 1888 and stands on the site of an earlier medieval church.

According to a historical account of Skåne's medieval wall paintings, Flädie's church and village once stood closer to the coast but were moved further inland, reportedly because of piracy. A church was built on the current village site in the mid-1100s, decorated with paintings attributed to the so-called Finja Master. That medieval building was demolished in 1886 to make way for the present church, and a painting of the old church now hangs inside its successor.

The decision to replace the old church followed lengthy debate among parishioners, including a rejected proposal to build one larger shared church for the neighbouring villages of Fjelie and Flädie. In the end, a new church was built on the same site, following a Gothic-style design by A.W. Lundberg. Construction took two years, and the church was reconsecrated on 14 October 1888 by rural dean Gustav Strömer.

A substantial restoration in 1956–57 gave the church much of its present appearance and included excavating a cellar beneath the chancel for a new heating system; Bishop Anders Nygren reconsecrated the building in April 1957. Further repair work to the tower and south façade took place in the mid-1980s.

Several fittings recall the earlier medieval church. The pulpit and its canopy, made in 1888, include oak figures on its sides thought to have come from the old building, while the sandstone font is also believed to be a survival from the previous church. Two bronze bells, cast in Ystad in 1937, hang in the tower.

The church's first organ was built in 1888 by Salomon Molander & Co of Gothenburg. It was replaced in 1959 by a mechanical organ built by Olof Hammarberg of Gothenburg, fitted with a tremulant and a decorative cymbelstjärna (cymbal star).
