Östra Ljungby kyrka is a parish church in Klippans kommun, Skåne, built at the end of the 1850s to replace a medieval predecessor. Its granite walls, five-sided chancel and older tower give it a distinctive, unfussy character within Lund diocese.

The present building was designed by architects Anders Håkansson Haf and Ludvig Hedin and largely completed in the late 1850s, though the square tower is older, dating from an 1841 addition to the earlier medieval church that once stood on this site. The tower was retained when the new nave and chancel were built, giving the church a slightly layered building history despite its unified grey stone appearance.

The church has a rubble granite construction with a long nave, an eastern chancel with a five-sided end, and a projecting five-sided sacristy. The roofs are covered in copper sheeting, and the tower is topped by a closed, copper-clad lantern. Inside, the nave is covered by a wooden barrel vault, and the walls carry painted brown ashlar-imitation decoration, a common decorative device in Swedish parish churches of the period.

Among the older fittings is a sandstone font dating from the 13th century, with a round basin decorated with a twisted rope motif; its brass basin is later, from the second half of the 16th century. The pulpit dates from the 17th century and is carved with figures of the evangelists on its panels. The altarpiece, an oil painting known as Christus Consolator (Christ the Comforter), is by J. Westfelt-Eggertz and is a copy of a work by the Danish painter Carl Bloch in Hörup Church.

The church's organ history is of some interest. A mechanical organ built in 1707 by Johan Georg Amdor of Ystad was brought here in 1861 from Osby church, together with its older organ loft, which has since been relocated to the chancel; the instrument itself survives, having been renovated in 1968. A new organ with its own facade was installed in 1929 by A. Magnussons Orgelbyggeri of Gothenburg, and this pneumatic instrument also remains in the church today.
