Simris kyrka is a parish church in the village of Simris, in Simrishamn parish, Lund diocese, in the Swedish province of Skåne. Its origins go back to the 12th century, making it one of the region's older surviving churches.

The church began as a Romanesque church with an apse and an unusually broad tower, typical of early medieval Scanian church building. In 1905 it underwent a major rebuilding, during which the nave was made both wider and taller. At the same time, the church's distinctive south portal was reinstalled in what is described as its original and current position.

Inside the chancel are wall paintings dating from the 15th century, adding a layer of later medieval decoration to the older structure. The tower retains well-preserved remains of a gallery (empor), a reminder of how the interior space was once used and divided.

Among the church's furnishings, the font is said to be contemporary with the building itself and has been attributed to the so-called Tryde Master, a name given to an unidentified medieval sculptor associated with a group of Scanian fonts. The pulpit dates from the early 17th century, while the altarpiece, made in 1742 by the Ystad master Matthias Stenberg, depicts the institution of the Eucharist.

In the garden of the rectory, near one of the church's entrances, stand two runestones, known as DR344 and DR345. These were formerly built into the churchyard wall before being moved to their present location.

The church has had at least two organs: one built in 1905 by Eskil Lundén of Gothenburg, and the current mechanical organ built in 1970 by A. Mårtensson's Orgelfabrik of Lund, which retains the façade of its 1905 predecessor.
