Ekeby kyrka, standing northwest of Ekeby in Bjuvs kommun, Skåne, is the parish church of Kropp parish in the Diocese of Lund. Though the present nave dates from the 1860s, its tower survives from the medieval church that once stood on the site.

A church was first built here in the 1100s, comprising a Romanesque nave and chancel with an apse. A tower was added later in the medieval period. By the 1860s the old church had become too small for the growing congregation, and the medieval nave and chancel were demolished, leaving only the tower as a link to the original building.

The most striking feature awaiting visitors inside is the altarpiece, showing Christ with outstretched arms. It is a copy of Carl Bloch's well-known painting Christus Consolator (Christ the Consoler), painted by Ingeborg Westfelt-Eggertz and installed during a restoration in 1926.

The church retains a sandstone font dating from the 1100s, a type common among medieval churches in Skåne. In the chancel, two stained-glass windows titled Livets träd (The Tree of Life), created in 1971 by artists Randi Fisher and Ralph Bergholtz, add a modern touch to the older building.

The large surrounding churchyard reflects the area's farming and mining past, and was used for burials across its whole area, as earth burial remained the only practice until the early twentieth century. A vaulted crypt is associated with the nearby Gedsholm estate, which historically held patronage rights over the church.

The church organ, built in 1957 by Mårtenssons orgelfabrik in Lund, is a mechanical instrument with twelve stops across two manuals and pedal. It replaced earlier organs built in 1865 and 1922, reflecting the building's continued use and adaptation over more than a century.
