Sundby kyrka is a parish church of the Church of Sweden, standing near Sundbyholm in Kafjärdens församling, Södermanland. Built on a ridge above Öster-Rekarne's largest gravel esker, it dates back to the 1100s, though its appearance has changed considerably over the centuries.

The oldest surviving part of the church is the nave, which dates from the 12th century. Later medieval additions, made between the 1400s and early 1500s, included a porch on the nave's south wall, a sacristy north of the chancel, and a tall spire added to the tower. Brick vaults were built inside the tower, nave and possibly the chancel during this period.

A thorough remodelling in the 1790s transformed much of the church's interior and layout. The medieval vaults in the nave were removed, and a new octagonal chancel was constructed, along with a new porch and sacristy. The windows were enlarged and a new entrance was cut into the tower's west wall. A further sacristy was added north of the chancel in 1858.

Among the church's furnishings, the altar table and pulpit date from the 18th-century rebuilding, while the base of the font survives from the 12th century, making it one of the oldest objects in the building. An altar cloth is said to date from the 1500s. A silver chalice from the 1300s, once kept in the church, is now held at the Historical Museum.

The church has had a succession of organs. One was built in 1791, followed by an instrument from Per Larsson Åkerman of Stockholm in 1866, later enlarged in 1954. The current organ, built in 1978 by Åkerman & Lund of Knivsta, retains the façade of the 1866 instrument and is a mechanical organ with fifteen stops.
