Bredareds kyrka is a parish church in Bredared, in the northern part of Borås municipality, within Sandhult-Bredareds församling in the Diocese of Skara. This modest neoclassical building replaced an earlier stone church thought to date from medieval times.

The present church was built between 1832 and 1839, the work of Peter Pettersson of Sandhult, in what was reportedly his first commission of a long career building churches across Västergötland and Småland. It stands in the traditional plan, with a sacristy to the north of the chancel and a barrel-vaulted timber ceiling inside. The most recent recorded renovation took place in 1951–1952.

Among the church's furnishings is a gilded crucifix from the late fifteenth century, said to be of southern European workmanship, which stands on the altar. The pulpit was made around 1834 by Johannes Andersson of Mjöbäck. In the chancel a former churchwarden's staff has been reworked into a tall candlestick, alongside a bell donated by a parishioner and inscribed with a date of 1931. The brass christening bowl is decorated with foliage ornament, and the church's two bells were cast in 1813.

The altarpiece, depicting the Resurrection, has its own recorded history: in 1770 the parish decided to replace an older altarpiece considered unfit for the church, and funds were raised for a replacement. A local wood-carving manufacturer with family roots in Bredared, Jonas Homlin, undertook to supply a new altarpiece for 500 daler in silver coin; it was installed and dedicated in April 1771. Parishioners later asked for a painted curtain to be added around the altarpiece to make the chancel more handsome, a task entrusted to a painter from Borås.

The organ, on the west gallery, was built in 1954 by Hammarbergs Orgelbyggeri and has nineteen stops across two manuals and pedal. Its case dates from 1844; though now silent as a functioning facade, the pipes are thought likely to have once been sounding.
