Öxabäcks kyrka is a stone church in the village of Öxabäck, in the eastern part of Marks kommun, Västra Götaland. Built in the 1870s to replace an older church, it belongs to Öxabäcks församling within the Church of Sweden's Göteborg diocese.

The present church was built in 1874–1875 to designs by the architect Albert Theodor Gellerstedt, replacing an earlier church that had become too small and was in poor condition. It is built of stone, with a rectangular nave and a narrower, three-sided chancel to the east. The nave has large round-arched windows and curved gables above the entrance doors, while the west tower is unusual for its windows set in niches and its stepped gables. The main entrance is through the tower, with additional doors on the north and south sides. The roofs of the nave and chancel are covered with double-curved concrete tiles, while the tower roof is clad in brown-painted sheet metal.

Inside, the church has a panelled timber ceiling divided into fields by grey-painted beams. Behind the chancel lies the sacristy, separated from the main body of the church by a chancel screen.

Among the church's furnishings is a sandstone font, carved around 1300 in a style influenced by fonts from Gotland. Made in three parts and standing 99 centimetres high, it has a four-lobed, rounded bowl decorated with shell ornament, a tapering four-lobed shaft with a heavy moulding, and a similarly shaped, slightly concave base; it survives in relatively good condition. A wooden calvary group depicting Christ with Mary and John, carved in oak, is said to date from the medieval period.

The pulpit has a polygonal body painted in shades of grey, reached by steps from the east, and is topped by an eight-sided sounding board crowned with a gilded cross on a blue-painted orb. The church's great bell is a late-medieval piece of a standard type, plain and without inscriptions or decoration.

The organ was built in 1957 by Tostareds Kyrkorgelfabrik, incorporating part of the still-sounding façade from an 1887 instrument built by two local men from Öxabäck. It has twenty stops across two manuals and pedal.
