Stafsinge kyrka is a parish church north of Falkenberg in Halland, built in the 1860s to replace a medieval church that once stood nearby. Its stately neoclassical design, tower with a distinctive lantern, and older salvaged fittings make it a rewarding stop for visitors interested in Swedish rural church history.

The present church was built between 1862 and 1865 from whitewashed rubble stone in a late neoclassical style, to designs by the architect Albert Theodor Gellerstedt. The building has a rectangular nave with a two-storey, five-sided chancel projection, and a west tower topped by a slender copper-clad lantern and tall spire. In the 1930s an aviation beacon was reportedly installed in the lantern, an unusual detail for a rural church tower. The sacristy lies behind the altar, and a restoration took place in 1936.

The church replaced a medieval stone church, thought to date from the 12th century, which stood around 700 metres to the north and was dedicated to the Norwegian royal saint Olaf. That earlier building was demolished in 1863, with its fittings and materials sold at auction; even the triumphal crucifix was sold off before later being reacquired for the new church. A few painted boards from the old church's decorated ceiling survived and are now displayed as a framed panel in the new nave, their style linked by some scholars to work by the painter Sven Wernberg.

Inside, look for the pulpit and altar furnishings of 1864 by Johan Edvard Beckquist, and an 1872 altarpiece based on Thorvaldsen's figure of Christ. The most striking historic object is a triumphal crucifix dated to around 1480–1500, about a metre high, which now hangs on the south wall of the nave. In the church porch, an 18th-century ceiling painting depicts the Holy Family.

The tower holds two bells, one cast in 1508 and the other donated in 1901. The organ, acquired for the new church in 1865, has an older history of its own: it was originally built in 1788 by Johan Ewerhardt the elder for the German Church in Gothenburg, and its rococo case is attributed to the sculptor Peter Saccow.

Of the old medieval church itself nothing remains above ground, but its churchyard is still enclosed by a wall, and a number of gravestones from the early 19th century stand there.
