Vidbo kyrka is a medieval parish church in Uppland, Sweden, with roots going back to around 1200. Standing in Vidbo socken within Skepptuna församling, it retains much of its medieval character despite later alterations and remains a modest but rewarding stop for visitors interested in Swedish church history.

The earliest church here was a Romanesque building of around 1200, consisting of a nave with a narrower chancel and an eastern apse, constructed from natural stone. A small sacristy was added to the north later in the medieval period. During the early 1400s the apse was demolished and the chancel extended eastwards, with the new eastern section given cross vaults; the old nave is thought to have been vaulted at the same time. Later in the same century a porch was built on the south side, its gable decorated with patterned brickwork that still gives the exterior a distinctly medieval appearance.

Wall paintings dating from around the mid-1400s, linked to the so-called Ärentuna school of church decoration, once covered parts of the nave. These were limed over during an extensive renovation in 1753, only to be rediscovered and conserved in 1933, then cleaned again in 1962 after darkening over the decades. The 1753 works also saw the sacristy rebuilt on a larger scale, the triumphal arch removed to improve sightlines between the gallery and pulpit, and most of the windows enlarged to bring more light into the interior; the windows were given their current pointed-arch form in 1833.

Among the church's furnishings, the triumphal crucifix on the south wall is thought to date from the early 1300s, depicting a suffering yet exalted, divine Christ. It was painted white in 1702, but its original colours have since been restored. The altar cabinet dates from the later 1400s, while the present pulpit was acquired in 1862; intriguingly, the front panel of the earlier pulpit survives, now mounted on the south wall and used as an altarpiece. Fragments of a font from the early 1200s also survive, alongside a modern stone font in the chancel with a broad bowl on a slender foot.

The church's organ has an interesting history: an instrument built in 1706 by Isac Risberg was bought from Nora kyrka in 1785, and its façade survives in the current organ, built in 1924 by the German firm Furtwängler & Hammer and later revised. Outside, a detached wooden bell tower stands on a rise north of the church, built in 1744 and clad in timber in 1786; it holds two bells, the older cast in 1759 and the larger in 1907. Near the southern churchyard wall stands the Gardtman family burial chapel, dating from 1780.
