Forssa kyrka is a medieval parish church in Bettna församling, Södermanland, in the Diocese of Strängnäs. Standing in Forssa socken within Flen municipality, it is a modest rural church whose oldest surviving fabric dates back to the 1200s.

The church's oldest part is the sacristy, built sometime in the 1200s, its wall thickness differing from the rest of the building in a way that suggests it was originally attached to an earlier wooden church on the site. The present stone church was constructed in the 1300s, consisting of a nave with a slightly narrower chancel to the east and a round apse beyond it. A porch was added at the south gable in the 1400s, and star vaults were built into the nave during the same century. The sacristy was later enlarged in 1762.

The roofs are covered with red double-curved clay tiles, apart from the apse, which has a roof of black-painted sheet iron. A freestanding bell tower was built in 1738, topped with a bell-shaped cupola said to be without parallel elsewhere; the smaller of the two church bells is thought to date from the 1300s. South of the church stands a covered lychgate erected in 1759.

Among the church's furnishings are two notably old wooden sculptures: a Madonna figure from the 1200s and, from the 1400s, a further Madonna sculpture and a figure of St Birgitta. The font, of grey limestone, bears the date 1595 along with the name and coat of arms of its donor, Lasse Västgöte. The pulpit was made in 1664.

The organ, built in 1879 by E. A. Setterquist & Son of Örebro, has seven stops on a single manual and is said to be well preserved. According to local sources its construction was prompted by donations from two noblewomen connected with nearby Skedevi estate, with the parish contributing the remainder; it was reportedly inaugurated at the end of November 1879.

Two funeral hatchments (memorial armorial panels) hang in the church, commemorating a cavalry officer who died in 1663 and a lieutenant who died in 1701.
