Degeberga kyrka

Degeberga kyrka is a parish church in Degeberga, in the Degeberga-Everöd parish of the Diocese of Lund in Skåne. Though its origins go back to the twelfth century, much of what visitors see today dates from a major nineteenth-century rebuilding.

Degerfors kyrka stands in the heart of the industrial community of Degerfors, its log-timber walls and Neo-Gothic form reflecting the rapid growth of the parish after the establishment of the local ironworks in the late nineteenth century.

In the mission house in the middle of the village, mission auctions are held twice a year, along with a Christmas celebration. Each week, children and parents meet for Stor och liten (a parent-and-child group).
