Undersviks kyrka is a stone church overlooking the Ljusnan river in Gävleborg county, Sweden. Built in 1788–89, it replaced a medieval church whose ruins survive nearby, and it retains a striking 18th-century bell tower moved to the site a century later.

The present church, consecrated around 1789, replaced an earlier medieval church that stood closer to the river. That older building is thought to date from the 1300s, possibly even the 1200s, and was originally quite small before being extended over time. It is said to have once had painted decoration, though this was damaged by fire during the 1600s; by 1706 its walls were reportedly whitewashed. When the new church was built, materials were taken from the old one, which was then left to fall into ruin.

The current church has a rectangular nave aligned east-west, with a sacristy extension to the east and entrances in the west gable and on the south side of the nave. Its whitewashed exterior, with round-arched window openings and hipped roofs over both nave and sacristy, is said to be little changed since it was built. A significant restoration in the mid-1800s reshaped the interior, giving the church its current pulpit and altarpiece; further restorations followed in 1929, 1956 and 1983.

A short distance north of the church stands an imposing bell tower, built in 1759 by Per Jonsson, a joiner associated with Ljusdal (sources differ slightly on his exact home village). It originally stood by the old church site and was only moved to its present position in 1889–90, apparently because there had once been plans to add a tower to the new church, a project that was never carried out.

Among the church's furnishings, the oldest is a triumphal crucifix said to date from the 1200s, which has hung on the south wall of the chancel since 1945. The pulpit was made in the mid-1800s, replacing an earlier one from the 1600s.

The church also has a notable organ history: an 1873 instrument by E A Setterquist & Son was later rebuilt, and the current mechanical organ, built in 1956 by the Danish firm Marcussen & Søn, still uses the façade from the 1873 organ.
