Lästringe kyrka is a medieval parish church in the village of Lästringe, Södermanland, within the Diocese of Strängnäs. Standing close to the E4 motorway between Vagnhärad and Nyköping, it serves the Tystbergabygdens parish and remains a fine example of an early Swedish stone church.

The church's oldest section is the chancel, built towards the end of the 1100s. It may originally have adjoined a timber nave, or perhaps stood alone as an independent chapel before the present stone nave was added in the 1300s. In the 1500s the interior was given brick vaulting, and a sacristy was added to the north side of the chancel in 1699. Since then the building has seen no major alterations, and it has never had a tower.

A freestanding wooden bell-cage from the 1700s stands beside the church, a common feature of Swedish rural churches lacking a tower of their own.

Among the church's furnishings is a font dating from the 1100s, contemporary with the earliest chancel. The altarpiece was made by Andreas Heysing and given to the church in 1699. Two wooden sculptures from the 1300s, depicting a bishop and a Madonna, are thought to date from around the same time as the stone nave and offer a rare glimpse of medieval devotional art surviving in situ.

The church's organ history reflects a common Swedish pattern: an earlier instrument built in 1842 by Per Zacharias Strand of Stockholm was later replaced, with the current organ built in 1939 by E A Setterquist & Son of Örebro, though the façade of the older 1842 organ was retained.
