Stora Köpinge kyrka is a medieval parish church in Stora Köpinge, Skåne, dating from the 1100s. It belongs to Stora Köpinge församling in the Diocese of Lund and is notable for its striking altarpiece and medieval ceiling paintings.

The church's origins lie in the twelfth century, with further building work carried out in the 1200s; the tower was added later, in 1860. Its long, low profile and simple exterior give little hint of the richness found inside.

The interior's most celebrated feature is a set of ceiling paintings dating from around 1325–1350, attributed to an artist known as the Snårestadsmästaren (the "Snårestad Master"). In the vault above the nave, figures include Saint Laurence with his gridiron, John the Baptist carrying the Lamb of God, and Saint Nicholas of Myra, patron of seafarers. In the chancel and apse, further scenes depict God the Father enthroned with the crucified Christ upon his lap—a motif known as the Throne of Grace—alongside the four evangelists and the apostles, with the Annunciation and the Nativity shown in the crossing vaults.

During the nineteenth century, the Lund-based artist Christian Fredrik Krebs retouched and reworked much of this medieval scheme, and also painted new scenes of his own in the so-called "new church" section dating from the 1700s. His nineteenth-century additions are said to be free interpretations sketched after medieval paintings that had since been lost, so visitors today are seeing a layered mixture of original medieval work and later reconstruction.

Among the furnishings is an altarpiece with a canopy (baldakin), created around 1610 and attributed to the enigmatic figure known as the "Köpingemästaren" (Köpinge Master), admired for its fine craftsmanship. The church also holds a pulpit dated 1597 and a Romanesque font, both giving a sense of the building's long continuity of use.

The organ has a history of its own: an instrument by Johan Lambert Larsson of Ystad was installed in 1863, before being replaced in 1894 by a mechanical organ built by E. A. Setterquist & Son of Örebro, which has since been altered and relocated more than once.
