Fulltofta kyrka stands beside Fulltofta gård in Skåne, on a site once linked to the Archbishop of Lund's estate. Built in the Romanesque style, likely from the mid-12th century, it remains a modest but richly detailed example of a traditional Scanian country church.

The church appears to have begun as a small chancel-chapel around 1140, with an apse added a decade or two later. The nave's timber roof burned around 1270–1280 and was rebuilt shortly after, complicating precise dating of the earliest structure. Sources agree the building grew from a private estate chapel into a full parish church once the village of Fulltofta was established, gaining a nave, apse and tower in stages; the present tower dates from 1809 according to one source.

The thick grey stone walls are trimmed with hewn sandstone quoins from Stenskogen near Höör, most visible around the apse. The porch on the south side is thought to date from the first half of the 1400s and retains fixed stone benches.

Inside, the sandstone font is among the oldest furnishings, dating from the church's earliest period, with a canopy added in the 1700s. The pulpit, from the late 1500s, was originally a gallery pulpit and now stands on a brick base. The Renaissance-style altar was made in 1636 by a noted Lund workshop and was restored in 1969 alongside the installation of the current organ, built in Dresden; earlier organs from the 1870s and early 1900s have also been recorded.

The nave and chancel carry medieval ceiling paintings attributed to an unknown artist sometimes called the 'Skivarp Master', likely from the 1400s. Whitewashed over after the Reformation, they were uncovered in 1910 and given their present appearance following cleaning during a 1953 restoration.

A stained-glass window near the pulpit, made in 1936, depicts scenes associated with Saint Magnhild of Fulltofta, a locally venerated medieval figure said to be linked to a nearby spring about a kilometre east of the church. Two bells are recorded: a smaller one cast in 1460 in Stralsund, and a larger bell recast in 1616.
