Roslags-Kulla church was consecrated in 1706 after an older church on the same site had been demolished. Construction had begun on the initiative of the lord of Östanå Castle, Count Fabian Wrede. The church has a cruciform plan and an onion dome. The church's exterior panelling was added in 1728, and the bell tower was built in the 1750s. Roslags-Kulla church represents rural late Baroque style and is unique in Sweden for its unchanged condition.
Roslags-Kulla church has no fewer than eight royal portraits. In addition, there are many paintings from the early 17th century. The church has a close connection with Wira bruk.
