Kinne-Kleva kyrka, in the Kinne-Kleva village of Götene municipality, is a sandstone church built in the round-arched style and completed in 1870. It replaced two medieval parish churches whose sites and remains still survive nearby.

Until the mid-nineteenth century, Kinne-Kleva and neighbouring Sil each had their own church, both dating back to the 1100s. From around 1850 discussions began about merging the two parishes into one, and a shared new church was built between 1863 and 1870 to designs by the architect Johan Fredrik Åbom of the Royal Board of Public Works. Following its completion, both medieval churches were demolished, in 1870 and 1872 respectively.

The new church has a broad nave with a straight-ended chancel to the east, behind which sits an apse-shaped sacristy. A tower with porch and main entrance stands at the west end. The exterior walls are roughcast and painted pale yellow, with decorative sandstone detailing, while the nave roof is slate-covered and the tower carries a copper-clad spire topped with a cross. Much of the interior is said to retain its original character.

A number of medieval furnishings were carried over from the older churches. The sandstone font, of which only the cylindrical basin survives, is medieval and bears carved inscriptions and a coat of arms. Also notable are a wooden Madonna figure dating from the 1100s, later reworked in the 1400s into a group sculpture, and a separate oak Pietà sculpture from the 1400s depicting an enthroned Mary. A crucifix from 1695, formerly in the old Kinne-Kleva church, hangs above the neo-rococo pulpit made in 1870, while another crucifix, from 1780 and originally from Sils church, stands on the altar.

Of the two bells once belonging to Sils church, the larger has survived and since 1970 has hung in a newly built bell tower at the old Sils churchyard, where a memorial stone also marks the site. The organ case in the current church dates from an 1893 instrument, though the organ itself was rebuilt in 1980.

To fund the construction of the shared church, permission was sought—and granted by the diocesan chapter—to collect donations from across the country, reflecting the scale of the undertaking for what was, at the time, a modest rural parish.
